Shipping Information

- We currently ship to all locations within India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Express Shipping: ₹199 per order.
Order Processing
1. Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will include tracking information for your package.
Tracking Your Order
1. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Issues

2. Incorrect Address:
- JewelNest is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
3. Refused or Undeliverable Orders:
- Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be returned to us. We will notify you and a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items

2. Missing Items:
